Description: The system is controlled by a Siemens S7-315 2DP processor. GUI Simatic MP-370 Touch, Danfoss variable speed 15 FCD300 communicated with a Profibus network.

FIAT-Chrysler Planta Toluca

Client: Chrysler Planta Toluca.
Project: Jeep Renegade Line Update .
Description: Chrysler Body Shop Line was updated to start production of the new model Jeep Renegade, this line was integrated with 120 Nachi Robots, 5 Controllogix PLC's and same number of Safety PILZ PLC.

Tesla Model S BIW

Client: Tesla.
Project: Body Shop Model S Support.
Descripción: El grupo de ingenieros programadores asignados a este proyecto, se encargaba de mantener las operaciones de la línea de producción del modelo S, integrada por PLC’s Guardllogix L72s y Robots Kuka controladores Krc4 para soldadura Spot, MIG, Rivets y Material Handling.
